During the workshop you will learn the history of fabric painting, multiple techniques including traditional and abstract, you will develop your own unique design. This workshop is suitable for adults and kids with or without art background who are looking for new and exciting forms of self expression! Even if you don’t feel confident enough painting, don’t worry as I will guide you through the process and will be there to help during all the creative steps. Painting on the fabric is relaxing , you can be truly yourself while creating a unique and wearable piece of art.

Art Courses
We will cover the application of washes, the building of a composition from back to front and general to specific, traditional wet on dry or wet-into-wet approaches, brush handling and color mixing, color temperature and layering. Subject matter to include landscape, botanical, portraiture, and abstract compositions. We will also explore modern techniques and experimental approaches to watercolors that include painting with salt, ink and other mediums.
We will explore the history of glass painting and its evolution up until modern times and modern approached to glass painting. Additionally, the goal of the course is to reconnect with your inner child and unlock your creative potential. The art of glass painting frees the soul and teaches us to regain all the bravery and boldness. It teaches us to trust the creative process and be fearless of making mistakes. Moreover, it will be such a powerful asset when it comes to DIY projects and after the course students will be able to independently create art pieces on glass.
During the course students will learn and enhance drawing skills including urban landscapes and portraiture, watercolors academic and modern techniques, acrylic fluid art and ancient art of glass painting. Students will experiment with color, application methods and mediums to discover their own style and artistic approach.
Additionally, every class will include one short art therapy exercise to help students find inspiration and creative ideas.
You will not only learn how to create unique art pieces at home, but also will connect to the ancient tradition and art culture. Even though it looks difficult, I can reassure you that this is something you can learn and create after our first class. Depending on the workshop theme, we will be painting on glass frame / glass vase / ornament.

The process of pouring is extremely relaxing and meditative, it also helps to understand colors better and mix them correctly. This can be quite freeing, as there is no skill needed to begin this journey. Students will create 2 paintings using the pouring method.
