Arting Around started as something very small — a personal search for a creative escape. A place to breathe, to experiment, to reconnect with that playful part of ourselves.

Creativity is not a luxury. It’s a natural part of being human.
Over the years, that small idea grew into something much bigger. Today, it’s a shared space — a sanctuary — where thousands of people across the GTA have come together to explore, create, laugh, and surprise themselves. With more than 10,000 students, 500+ programs every year, incredible partnerships, and new creative experiences happening every day, our mission is simple:
You are more creative than you think.
With the right guidance, a supportive community, and a safe space to explore, something magical happens.
People sit down thinking “I’m not artistic…” — and leave saying: “Wow… I made this.”

  • Julia - Founder
    The visionary founder, visual artist extraordinaire, and the mastermind behind it all!
  • Marta - Instructor
    Our mixed media maestro and aesthetic artist, bringing creativity and magic to both kids’ and adult classes alike.
  • Ariellah - Instructor
    Our mixed media magician, whose true joy is teaching and inspiring others to explore their creative spirit.
  • Sara - Instructor
    A lover of mixed media and soft crafts, devoted to teaching and encouraging others to explore and trust.
  • Cigdem – Studio Manager
    Cigdem keeps the heart of the studio beating every day. She manages the day-to-day operations, coordinates schedules, and is usually the friendly voice helping you with questions, bookings, and studio details.
  • Peggy – Multimedia Instructor
    Peggy is a versatile creative with a huge love for hands-on art. She teaches several mediums at the studio and has a special passion for candle making, resin art, and many other techniques. Her classes are full of exploration, creativity, and curiosity.
  • Vika – Candle Making Instructor
    Vika guides our candle making classes with warmth and precision. She helps students learn the craft step-by-step while encouraging them to experiment with scents, styles, and designs.
  • Alina - Design Guru
    Alina is our go-to creative mind when it comes to design. From branding ideas to creative visuals, Alina brings thoughtful design, elegance, and a fresh perspective to everything she touches.
  • Vlada – Event Coordinator
    Vlada brings events to life with care, creativity, and attention to detail. From planning to execution, she ensures every experience at the studio feels seamless, warm, and memorable.
  • Galeena – Instructor
    Galeena is a passionate instructor who loves guiding students through the creative process. She creates a supportive and inspiring environment where everyone feels encouraged to explore and express themselves.
  • Daryna – Cultural Advisor
    Daryna helps weave cultural depth and meaning into the studio’s experiences. She brings thoughtful perspective, ensuring our community stays connected, inclusive, and enriched through diverse influences.
  • Carolina – Event Coordinator
    Carolina is all about creating beautiful, well-organized experiences. With a natural eye for detail and flow, she helps shape events that feel effortless, joyful, and thoughtfully curated.
